The vendor fee must be prepaid to guarantee your spot. Vendors are solely responsible for the complete setup, break down, and clean-up of their booths or spaces at this event, regardless of weather conditions, which may include rain or shine. Upon arrival, vendors must have all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to set up their displays promptly. This includes securing canopies, tents, or other structures to withstand weather elements. In the event of inclement weather, such as rain, vendors are expected to take appropriate measures to protect their products and maintain the safety of attendees. This is a RAIN or SHINE event, and all sales of vendor spaces are final. NO REFUNDS
